Umm Sulaim's Thoughts

Thoughts Lead To Appreciation

The heat period has gradually begun to creep into the year’s calendar.

As expected, this has been accompanied by a major slump in energy distribution to my home.

It is a yearly recurring reality.

In addition, the power voltage is no longer a reliable 220 V to 240 V.

From approximately 10:42 hours Monday 2016 January 11 to 07:23 hours Tuesday January 12, the energy distributed to my home was an extremely low voltage, so low my electrical appliances could not connect in a stable state.

Several times, images on my television screen bloated and shrunk!

The outcome is the weekly daily average hours of electricity has returned to pre-harmattan figures.

That steep decrease has affected the cumulative daily average.

Staff of the power sector: Please do not disappoint the Nation.

Find a permanent solution to transformer faults and caution unauthorised persons from accessing or rectifying transformers.
