Thoughts Lead To Appreciation

DAILY ELECTRICITY HOURS | 6 Weeks After

Six weeks into my data compilation, none of the parameters for improvement has indicated significant progress in energy supply to private consumers in Nigeria.

Daily Average For Week 6 = 13 hours 53 minutes.

Cumulative Daily Average For Two Weeks In November = 13 hours 19 minutes.

Cumulative Daily Average Over Six Weeks = 12 hours 17 minutes.

Day Average Over 6 Weeks:

Friday = 12 hours 13 minutes.

Saturday = 13 hours 46 minutes.

Sunday = 12 hours 37 minutes.

Monday = 12 hours 42 minutes.

Tuesday = 10 hours 31 minutes.

Wednesday = 9 hours 33 minutes.

Thursday = 14 hours 40 minutes.

There has, however, been a slight expansion in power supply.

For the first time in six weeks, the week total of electricity available to private citizens climbed above 90 hours, 97 hours and 17 minutes to be precise.

That breaks into 14 hours per day [13 hours 53 minutes].

In addition, relative to this time in October, both the daily and cumulative daily average for the second week of November rose from their respective initial figure.

This appreciation in numbers was expected.

There is potential for growth in the power sector.
